A little help along the trail

Badge Trail is operated by Emily Pitt. For account support, payment questions, privacy requests, or resource corrections, email mlepitt@gmail.com.

Help us find the issue

Include the page or resource link, a short description of what happened, and your account email if it relates to your account. For a payment question, include the transaction reference. Please do not email scout photos, private scout details, passwords, verification codes, or API secrets.

Community ideas

Have a useful badge link or a freely available meeting guide to suggest? Email the original source link and why it helped your troop. Suggestions are reviewed before publication. Public troop-credit and in-app reporting tools are planned; emailing a suggestion does not automatically publish your troop identity.

Account deletion

Account owners can delete their account in Account settings. If you cannot access your account, contact us; we will need to verify your identity and authority before changing or deleting records.
